Under AASB S2, thousands of Australian companies are now legally required to disclose climate-related risks, emissions data, and transition plans. The reporting obligation is phased — but the deadlines are closer than most businesses think.

Companies with 250+ employees and $200M+ revenue begin mandatory reporting from July 2026.
Scope 1–3
Full value chain emissions reporting becomes mandatory from year two. Data collection takes 6–12 months to set up properly.

Why Vasava

Named for the one who

Vasava is another name for Indra — the Vedic deity who governs rain, thunder, and the balance of the natural world. The forces that sustain everything.


We chose the name because sustainability reporting shouldn't be about ticking boxes. It's about understanding the forces that affect your business — climate risk, resource dependency, regulatory change — and building the capability to navigate them with clarity.
